Lack of funds to continue with this website

Peeps, we need some funds to continue providing free GPS maps on this website.

We haven't received any location during the month of September. Now, with two third of October already gone, still not a single donation received.

If we don't receive sufficient funds till middle of November to cover the hosting expenses, our hosting services will be suspended latest by beginning of December.

Well it ain't much, but after having just registered on the site, I made a small donation.

As a bewildered newbie w/ his first GPS (76CSx), I d/l'ed your R10 Cambo/Viet/Laos file to (try) to put on my GPS and hopefully start to lean some basics on how to use the GPS. I failed.
I unzipped the file (as the admin, maybe twice?) and couldn't find the file with MapSource. Do I need to put the file in a specific directory, such as C:/Garmin or a subdirectory of C:/Garmin..or just anywhere?
Also, I can no longer find the original .zip file once it was unarchived, so may need to d/l the file again. I'm kinda feeling like "Mr Bean" whenever he encounters something new ;-)

Thanks a lot for your donation, much appreciated :) This is the first donation in 2 month so unfortunately we still will have to suspend this website in about 4 weeks from now.

As for your installation issue, unzip does not mean install :)
By default the INSTALLATION FILE installs into c:/program files/Laos Vietnam Cambodia 2010R6. Have a look there, the installation file is there :)

As I messed up the original file & install, I deleted it completely! Upon seeking to again d/load the file and start over, I saw that I'd need to make another donation. Would you allow me to again d/l the file and start over trying to install it properly, or must I again donate? And, thanks for your reply below:

As for your installation issue, unzip does not mean install :)
By default the INSTALLATION FILE installs into c:/program files/Laos Vietnam Cambodia 2010R6. Have a look there, the installation file is there :)

Re-download, unzip keeping the suggested installation path than go to the install directory, right mouse click on install file and run as administrator. You should be done.

We appreciate every donation but you don't need to donate again :)

Upon again retrieving the Cambo-Laos GPS file (thanks)...guess what...a broken file (an incomplete d/load)!! Only rec'd 5.78MB of the file!

I've remitted another $5...well deserved due to the hassle I feel I've caused you.
I do appreciate the extra time you have taken to remedy my earlier problem.
I hope you can encourage the leechers to cough up a few $ to help maintain the site.

I d/l'ed the file from the storage site, no problem. I also put copies of the file in other directories, just in case I again mess up the original folder.
The file you sent was complete, containing 14- files and the uninstall file; I opened it with WinRar w/o a problem....however the archived file did not contain the UNLOCK key!
Please e-mail it to me, when you have a few free moments.

Yep, received it...thanks...but the PW does _not_ work. I copied and tried it multiple times after doing an uninstall of previous attempts. As the board has no way to send you a private PM, I'm not posting the PW you sent here!
Have no fears, I'll not reveal it nor the files to anyone...maybe it's best that I just delete the map files and just seek another map elsewhere...??
I do appreciate you past efforts...but things just aren't working out.
