garmin mapsource

hi....i'm just on the verge of purchasing my first gps unit and i have a question about mapsource...i have decided to get the etrex legend model, (very good value from amazon)thank's asiagps,and i was wondering wether or not i get the garmin mapsource with this model or will i have to puschase it seperatley as i'm sure that i have have read somewhere on the forum that it come's free with certain models!!!..i have read also that it is possible to download it for free,but i really am not very computer savvy....any help gratefully recieved

Very easy to answer :p

Navigate to: [Dear Guest/Member you can't see link before replyclick here to register] and you get the list of the units.
Scroll down to the unit you want to purchase, i.e. eTrex Vista HCx and click on "what's in the box". If Mapsource is on the list means it comes with the unit.

yep....it's in the box;)..thanks lurkin.now to purchace said gps and start to download maps before my epic adventure!!!....i will also apologise in advance for the amount of post's that i will posting looking for help with download's and advice regarding my new gps
