Attached is a Mapedit file of new roads in District 2, they are enclosed in a circle which I have made as a "Powerline".

Hi Alan,

Thank you very much. Great work! I think I integrated everything you posted so far on this "Vietnam - maps development" section.
I had little trouble to figure out what has added on existing map but, it is ok now, I could find the update from one of following things.

1. You have not connect node (Which is nice for me! I can highlight nodes to find out where has been added)

2. You have not specified the City on the road. (Which is another nice thing for me. because I can identify incrementals)

Please do not complete those two. If you haven't done those, I can recoginize where has been added even on the MP format.
