Bali - Garmin compatible GPS map version 1.02

Based on feedback provided by a map user recently holidaying on Bali the search index is now improved.
This updated map does not provide any new features like roads or POI's, I have however updated the index of the map to be able to search for POI's and have also converted the map feature POI's into real POI's.

Updated map can be downloaded from the download section as IMG-file. Those who prefer to have a Mapsource installer please feel free to send me a private message (PM) and I will post you the installer version.

We are planning to visit Bali in autumn this year and do some scooter tours and some trekking.

As far as possible I will record tracks and send this to you!

The Indonesian mapper team at You can see links before reply (You can see links before reply) offers a free download of their GPS map of Indonesia incl. of Bali.
To download their map click Menu -> Peta -> Download which takes you to their download page in Bahasa and English. Click on the download link from there to get the map if you either need a complete Indonesian map or if you want to see their Bali mapping effort.
I personally feel that their map has more details.
